Four Star is made and run by Black Labels Only LLC ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and Black Labels Only LLC, and cover the Four Star app and its server. By using Four Star you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the app.
The service
Four Star identifies Dragon Ball cards from DBS Fusion World, DBS Masters, DBZ Panini TCG and DBZ Score CCG, and shows estimates of their value. You need an account, signed in with your email address, to use it. Keep your account to yourself; a Dealer plan's seats are the one way to share a plan.
Values are estimates
Values come from eBay sold listings, PriceCharting and TCGplayer, and each names its source and date. They are estimates of the market, not appraisals, offers or guarantees, and they can be out of date or wrong. Decide what to buy, sell or offer for yourself.
Plans
- Free: scanning and search, and each card's raw value from its first source.
- Pro: $4.99 a month, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
- Dealer: $14.99 a month, an introductory price. Up to 3 people share it: the subscriber, who chooses and can remove the others, and two staff.
Prices are in US dollars; the store shows the price in your currency before you buy.
Subscriptions and billing
- Subscriptions are sold and billed by the App Store or Google Play, to the account you buy with, and renew every month until cancelled.
- Cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then you are on Free.
- The free trial becomes a paid subscription when it ends, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. The trial is for new subscribers.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Deleting your Four Star account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it in the store.
- Prices, including Dealer's introductory price, may change. A change for current subscribers follows the store's rules, which include telling you first.
Fair use
Don't scrape or copy the catalog or its values in bulk, resell them, get around the free plan's limits, or interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that does.
Ownership
Four Star and its scanner, catalog and design belong to Black Labels Only LLC. Four Star is an independent app. Dragon Ball and the card games named here are trademarks of their owners. Four Star is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bandai, Shueisha or Toei Animation. Values by PriceCharting are used with permission.
No warranty
Four Star is provided as it is. It may be unavailable at times, a scan may identify the wrong card, and a value may be missing or wrong. To the extent the law allows, Black Labels Only LLC is not liable for losses from relying on it.
Changes
These terms may change. The date above says when they last did; continuing to use Four Star after a change means you accept it.
