DBS Fusion World
English and Japanese: Leaders, SR and SCR, every starred parallel, Manga parallels, Energy Markers and promos.
Four Star identifies a Dragon Ball card the moment it’s in front of the camera, pins down the exact printing in your hand, and shows what it sells for: raw, PSA 10 and BGS 10, from real sales.
How it works
Dragon Ball cards are printed in more editions than almost any other game, and the number on the card does not tell them apart. Four Star does, and so does the price.
Hold a card up to the camera. Our scanner, built in-house for Dragon Ball cards, recognizes it on your phone while you line it up: no shutter to press, no photo to upload. Or search by name or number.
When several printings share the same artwork, the card itself is read for its number, stars and stamps. Anything still close is shown side by side: base, one star, two stars, judge and event stamps. You pick the one in your hand.
Raw from the last 90 days of eBay sales, each sale read for its exact edition, grade and language, then TCGplayer and PriceCharting; PSA 10 and BGS 10 from eBay sales alone. Every source is named and shown side by side, never averaged.
In the app
Pro opens up everything behind a card: its page with every source and the sales behind them, how much grading adds, the price over time, what moved this week, and every card you’ve ever scanned. Dealer adds the tools for a show table or a shop counter.
PSA 10 and BGS 10 beside the raw value, with how many times raw each grade sells for, every source side by side, the eBay sales behind each value, the price over 30 days, 90 days or all time as a chart or a table, and the card’s other printings.
The biggest risers and fallers in each game over the past week or month, by raw, PSA 10 or BGS 10 value, with each card’s value then and now.
Every card you’ve scanned, kept for good, with its raw, PSA 10 and BGS 10 values on the day you scanned it, narrowed to one game with a tap, and emailed to you as a CSV file for any period you choose.
Scan card after card into a running list with the raw total and your offer, as fast as you can swap cards. Ending a session saves it for your team, with a price sheet to print or share.
Scan what you would give into Mine and what you would get into Theirs. Count a slab at its PSA 10 or BGS 10 value or at your own figure, add cash to either side, and see who comes out ahead and what evens it.
Offers at the percentage you set, shown beside every value and changeable on the spot. Price sheets as PDF, each card with its raw, PSA 10, BGS 10 and your offer, under your shop’s name and logo. 3 seats, so you and two staff share one subscription.
Coverage
The premium rarities and collector variants of each game. Commons, uncommons and rares are left out on purpose.
English and Japanese: Leaders, SR and SCR, every starred parallel, Manga parallels, Energy Markers and promos.
Every rarity above Rare, plus judge, pre-release, championship and promo printings.
Premier Set through Awakening (2014-2017): Rares and up, promos and their foils.
Saiyan Saga through Kid Buu Saga (2000-2006): Rares and up, promos and Hi-Tech foils.
Choose both under Preferences in the app’s Settings. Card names, numbers and rarities stay as they are printed. Values are kept in US dollars and converted with the European Central Bank’s daily reference rates, so a converted value is approximate.
Super Dragon Ball Heroes and Dragon Ball Super Divers are next, once we have a source for their sales.

FAQ
For raw cards, three sources tried in order: the median of the last 90 days of eBay sales of that exact printing, then TCGplayer’s market price, then PriceCharting’s price guide. Each eBay sale is read from its listing for the edition, grade and language; lots, proxies and sales that could be another edition are left out, and an accepted best offer counts at its listed price and is marked as one. Every source’s figure is listed beneath the value so you can compare them yourself. Nothing is averaged. PSA 10 and BGS 10 come from eBay sales alone, so a graded value always reflects what that grade of that printing actually sold for; a grade with no recent sale shows no value rather than a guess. When no raw copy has sold recently, TCGplayer’s lowest Near Mint listing is shown instead, named as a listing. Values refresh once a week.
No. The camera is used only to identify the card. It never predicts how a grading company would grade it, and no photo is kept. What the card page does show, with Pro, is the grading premium: how many times the raw value a PSA 10 or a BGS 10 of that printing has sold for, from the same eBay sales as the values themselves, with no grading fee taken off.
Fusion World’s Japanese printings, as a catalog of their own. Their values come from eBay sales of the Japanese card and from PriceCharting. Card names are shown in Japanese with their English names alongside.
Yes, and they are next. Their cards mostly sell in Japan, so we are working out a pricing source that covers those sales before listing them. We would rather add them with real values than as a checklist.
No. Four Star is a scanner and price guide, not a collection tracker. It keeps a history of the cards you scan with their values on the day you scanned them, and with Pro can email it to you as a CSV file.
